Stephanie Ewen, MF, RPF
Manager
Worked as planner and silviculture forester at AFRF for 2.5 years prior to becoming manager in 2018. Trained in forest management and analysis in British Columbia and Quebec, and has over 10 years in experience as a forestry consultant in BC. Offers a diverse suite of knowledge and experience in forestry, tourism, and academia.

Mark Gill, M.A., Bed., B.A.
Wild & Immersive Education Program Supervisor
With a background in education, Mark joined AFRF in 2022 to develop outdoor, nature-based programs for Wild & Immersive. When not engrossed in a fireside story, or a tree identification challenge, Mark can be found renovating houses or buses with his family.
Jennifer Leslie, RPF
Resident Forester
Recently joined the team at AFRF after stints with Forestry Consultants in Terrace and North Vancouver and with BCTS in Vanderhoof. Trained in Natural Resource Sciences at Thompson Rivers University and in Forest Business Management at the University of Alberta. Jennifer has worked extensively in stand development in a variety of BEC zones and Silvicultural Systems. Enjoys orienteering, all forms of skiing and horrifying her daughter with ukulele skills.
Jodi Taylor
Manager of Administration
With a background in accounting, human resources, and occupational health and safety, Jodi joined the team in early 2021. When not working, you can find her in the garden with her chickens.
